Tex Ryder only collects information needed to run this website, send requested emails, and provide Inner Circle access. This may include your name, email address, account details, messages you send, and subscription or payment status.

How your information is used

Your information is used to send newsletters, reply to enquiries, manage your account and membership, deliver reader content, process subscriptions, and keep the website secure. Your personal information is not sold.

Services used

Trusted providers may process information on Tex Ryder's behalf, including website and database hosting, email delivery, Cloudflare R2 file storage, and Stripe for payments. Stripe handles payment-card details; Tex Ryder does not store full card numbers. Some providers may process information outside Australia.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email. To ask what information is held about you, request a correction or deletion, or make a privacy complaint, email hello@texryder.com.
